Christmas Acorn Ornament

The Acorn is a popular ornament in Germany where the oak tree was considered sacred in ancient times. It has since become a symbol of the rebirth of life with the coming of the Christ Child. Some consider it a sign of good luck. This burgundy, gold and green acorn has lots of Mill Hill beads and is a wonderful ornament to behold. Christmas Acorn is one of my favorites, I hope it will be yours too. Eileen
